The Pella Christian girls basketball team hopes a trip outside of the Little Hawkeye Conference will shake a tough stretch heading into winter break.
The Eagles girls are hosting Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont this evening for a non-conference tilt against the 2-7 Rockets.
Pella Christian Head Coach Brad Engbers is hopeful there are lessons learned for the shorthanded Eagles team against some of the state’s best, and he thinks tonight could go a long way into establishing some confidence before the winter break.
