The Warren County congregate meals program will host its Christmas meal tomorrow.
Site Director Jo Birmingham tells KNIA News the seniors who attend always seem to come together as a family this time of year.
“I notice they are a lot happier than usual and most people use this time to trade new magazines or books. We have little kids from the preschool come in and sing for us, and that is always a big hit. Everyone becomes a lot closer this time of year, we all accept who we are and what all of us celebrate.”
The meal will be served at 11:45am, but the meal site will be open at 10am for coffee.
