After a season opening loss to #1 in class 5A Southeast Polk, the Indianola girls basketball team has played three competitive games against Little Hawkeye Conference opponents, none more impressive than their last.
The Indians took down a Pella Christian team on the road that was 2-0 in conference play, with great defense holding the Eagles to just 31 points. Indianola has also scored above 50 points in their three wins on the season, with their last blemish coming against a Pella team that held them to 47. The Indians sit at 3-2 on the season and will next play Tuesday hosting Dallas Center-Grimes.
