The PCM wrestling team made a statement last night in a home quadrangular meet winning all three duals.
The Mustangs defeated Roland-Story 68-12, Gilbert 46-24, and Colfax-Mingo 48-25. Mustangs’ winning all three of their contested matches included Colby Tool at 145lbs, Cody Wallace at 152lbs, Wes Cummings at 160lbs, and Jarron Trausch at 170lbs. Defending state champion Lucas Roland looked impressive in his season debut with a pair of wins at 195lbs. Other individuals who were victorious in contested matches included Landon Fenton at 120lbs, Brian Nicholson at 126lbs, Clay VanWyk at 132lbs, and Kaleb Ives at 138lbs.
PCM gets back on the mat tomorrow at Southeast Polk for a tournament.
