The Knoxville Basketball Squads head to Chariton tonight in South Central Conference action with both boys and girls teams looking to stay perfect on the season. Knoxville is two-and-oh and defeated Clarke on Tuesday by ten. Coach Jeff Larson tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Chariton’s size is a little bit of a concern going in. The girls, after a slow start on Tuesday gained traction and ran away from Clarke to win by 21. Chariton is in a bit of a rebuild this season, but Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the Chargers have a distinct home court advantage on the short court in the Charger Dome.
