The second of three Chris Street Memorial Basketball Tournaments will be held this Saturday, serving as a fundraiser for the Indianola Athletic Boosters.
Over 50 boys and girls teams will be participating from 4th to 8th grade. Chris Street was an Indianola High School graduate who played basketball for the University of Iowa, and was killed in a car accident in 1993. The tournament will be held at Indianola High School, and at the Blake Fieldhouse and the Chris Street Memorial Gym at the Indianola Middle School.
