A woman faces charges of criminal mischief in Pleasantville, after police say she defecated near the front doors of the elementary school.
Pleasantville Police Chief Joe Mrstik says it happened on Thursday around 8:15 a.m. Heidie Mikesell was reportedly dropping off a student at the school, and made no attempt to clean up the fecal matter or notify school officials.
School officials discovered the matter a short time later, and were able to clean it up.
No students or staff were affected by this incident.
